Delicious Baked Pears

Delicious baked pears filled with jam, mascarpone, Gorgonzola, and topped with walnuts, almonds, olive oil, and honey.

Creating these festive baked pears are so quick and easy, they make for a delightful treat! Here's how you can make them too:

1. Halve the pears and remove any seeds, creating a small hollow in the middle.

2. Fill the hollow with your favorite jam; I love using cranberry jam for that perfect festive touch!

3. Add your preferred cheese; I've chosen mascarpone and Gorgonzola.

4. Arrange the pears in a baking dish, top with chopped walnuts and flaked almonds.

5. For the drizzle, mix extra virgin olive oil and honey together. Drizzle this over the pears.

6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

7. Serve over a bed of arugula salad or enjoy them on their own.
